My clutch failed on the motorway over the Christmas period and Eagle were brilliant at getting it sorted quickly when they were back in. Great communication and very friendly. Thank you!
My Sons' vans red engine light came on when driving home on the motorway so we dropped in to Eagle Autos. Even though they were busy they checked it on the diagnostic machine and even went for a test drive after clearing the fault and checking it was still ok to drive. They even changed a faulty break light bulb noticed on the test drive. Great service!!
I can't recommend this garage enough! When I first phoned in Donna said I could come in the same day so they could look at my car and understand the issue. Neil actually listened to my problem patiently, which was a breath of fresh air after trying 3 different garages over 3 years in Banbury (for services+repairs) where no one seemed to hear me out. He was brilliant - figured the problem right away but still took the time to observe thoroughly. The solution was simple, and Donna booked me in without any hassle. Handing the car in was smooth, and Neil went the extra mile to solve the issue. This silly issue was bothering me so so much for about a year now and they fixed it like it was nothing. It might be a simple thing for them but I am super grateful. They're a great team there! I think I have finally found my go-to garage in Banbury :-)
