I've had 5 or 6 different cars serviced here over the years and the very fact they've been trading in same location for so long shows they put reputation and customer service first.
This is a gem of a garage! They are very friendly and knowledgeable and put their reputation and customer service before profit. They are extremely busy so it is always best to book in advance but they have always tried to help me as soon as they can. Very reasonably priced, good communication and a nice atmosphere.
This is the first time we have used Douglas Compton, and we will definitely use them again. Our car was booked in for a fault, but broke down 5 days before. They had the car fixed and working perfectly before it was even supposed to be looked at. Above and beyond. Thanks!
Fantastic garage! They identified and fixed an issue that another garage couldn’t get to the bottom of. They also replaced a damaged shock absorber, fitted new battery and did a service and MOT. The car has never ran so well. Lovely people too! Highly recommend.
