After selling my car privately I was in urgent need of another. Days Neath branch were one of two garages that had the model I was looking for at a good price and importantly I could pick it up the next day. I dealt with Rick who was friendly and helpful throughout, he even offered to pick me up from the Train station when I arrived the next morning saving me a 20 minute walk. After a test drive the whole process took less than 30minutes to wrap up. Good service, Good Car & Good price. Thanks again Rick

I have a 17 Ford Focus, which suffered a power steering failure, in November. Days were able to accommodate my car within a few days rather than the 6-8 weeks other garages were quoting. The Service Staff were well informed, and regularly contacted me to discuss progress and pricing. The repair was carried out within 48hrs even though they had to order in spare parts. My only gripe is the price of the required spare. which was extremey expensive, comparred with after market suppliers ad quotes from other garages. This is partly down to the isnstance on only supplying FORD new Parts and there being no consideration for using refurbished or overhauled parts. That said, I had my car back quickly, fully repaired and guarenteed, and the work appears to have been done to a high standard (no obvious signs of disturbance car left clean and tidy etc ) The staff, particularly "front of house", were lovely, and that helped soften the blow of the parts price!
Absolutely amazing staff so helpful and always keep you in the loop. Got my first car from here amazing deal with all the fixings and was taken care by John Massocchi who was the kindest and was all around amazing 100% will buy from here again and even got a card of them for passing my test of them all Honestly the best place to go
