Tish and the team provided a first class service and had my car looking like new and sparking clean inside and out. Can’t sing their praises highly enough, would definitely recommend to anyone.
2nd time I have used DB for my car repairs. Both times exceptional service. I was a bit of a pain as my car is my office for work while I drive to see clients but they always remained helpful and very professional. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough, from the receptionists to the hand over, everything was perfect.
Outstanding. Fixed my stuck door and advised as to the long term fix which I’ll be arranging in January. Can not recommend enough.
Dean and Bailey arrived promptly, were really professional and efficient and had my broken water pump and water tank replaced within the hour. The quote was competitive and I felt my car was in reassuringly good hands. Will certainly be using again - thank you for getting me back on the road for Christmas, Dean!
Update: Four years after my original review, below, I managed to close my automatic garage doors onto the roof of my new Lexus car. I was horrified by the paint damage left by this stupid incident. I took the car to DB Auto Repairs and Tish came out to inspect the damage. He recognised me from my visit four years ago and couldn't have been more helpful. He offered, there and then, to get his body shop team to work on the damage and suggested I get a coffee and he'd call me when he had an update. Delighted, I did as he suggested and forty minutes later received the call to return to the garage. There was my car, completely repaired, I couldn't believe it! After carefully inspecting the brilliant and invisible work I was advised that there would be no charge 'as it was a pleasure to be able to help'. This is remarkable customer service in every sense. A huge thank you to Tish and his amazing team who have again come up trumps for me. I took my car to DB Auto Repairs after my Nissan GTR had been damaged in an accident. Hastings Insurance, who were also excellent, said I could choose any body shop and Nissan Motorline recommended DB Auto as the closest facility who they trusted to do a good job. I contacted the garage and spoke to Tish who looked after me from that moment until the car was returned in perfect order. I could not have been more pleased with the service and the standard of the work provided. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at DB Auto Repairs who were friendly, professional and, it seemed to me, very reasonable.
