My car needed urgent repair! Robert, the mechanic who fixed my car, not only he was polite and professional but he quickly identified the problem and fixed my car without delay. Been working perfectly fine since. I would definitely recommend them and I will certainly go back to the same garage next time I need.
I recently availed the MOT and full service from Capital MOT and Services, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their services. I opted for their pick-up and drop-off service, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. They collected my car from my home at 7 am and returned it to me around 4 to 5 pm. MOT Assessment: During the MOT, my car unfortunately didn't pass, but Capital MOT and Services promptly communicated the issues and provided a detailed quotation over the phone. The offered rate was more than reasonable and acceptable, which I greatly appreciated. Quality of Service: After the necessary repairs, I drove my car for a week and was thoroughly satisfied with their work. The difference in the car's performance was noticeable, and it ran like a charm. Invoice Transparency: However, the one aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the lack of detailed information on the invoice. There were no specifics about the parts they had changed, such as the headlight bulb and the rear wiper. Including this information would enhance the overall experience. Overall Recommendation: Despite the minor issue with the invoice details, I wholeheartedly recommend Capital MOT and Services for their impeccable customer service, transparent pricing, and the high-quality work they deliver. My overall experience with them has been excellent, and I will undoubtedly return to them for any future car maintenance and servicing needs.
Pre-purchase inspection carried out by Robert, he was friendly and helpful. Gave me a very good picture of the vehicles condition and gave great advice, will definitely be back for services/mot in future, thank you!
Great service, parts ordered and fitted the next day for a large van, had some trouble with other places having the space to fit me in, no trouble with these guys. Very Good Pricing , would recommend to anyone!
