from 243 reviews on GoogleI took my Audi A5 for an MOT at another garage and it failed. The other garage tried to charge me nearly £1600 for the MOT and repairs. Thank God I shopped around. BRS replied promptly with a quote and gave some good advice on which parts I should have changed as best practice. They quoted me less than half of what garage 1 wanted! I took my car in yesterday and they got to work on it straight away. It became a much harder job than they had expected due to ceased bolts :-( Fair play to them though; they only charged me an extra hours labour for a job that now took most of the day. I got a call to advise that the car would probably not be ready due to the extra work. I advised that this could be a problem due to me not working locally. They put extra technicians on it so I could get it back that day. The work was all explained to me and they even did a few tweaks for me today prior to its retest. Car now passed with no advisories!!! What an absolute gem this garage is. Prompt service, great price and brilliant customer service. My car will be back soon for a service and you have made a long time customer of me. Thank you
A Huge Thank You to BRS Automotive and Pip! I can’t thank BRS Automotive enough for their outstanding service and expertise in fixing my beloved Bamborghini (VW Golf). After being told by another garage that the rodent damage to my car would cost over £6,000 to repair and wasn’t worth fixing, I was devastated. But then a local breakdown recovery professional recommended BRS Automotive in Banbury—and I am so glad they did! Pip and the team were incredible from start to finish. Not only did they repair the damage for under £550, but they also got my car through its MOT! Their honesty, skill, and dedication completely restored my faith in good mechanics. Drove to Banbury from Milton Keynes for work, car making awful noise. Total panic! A work colleague recommended BRS and they did not disappoint. So immediately friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They took my car in straight away and sorted my rotten exhaust out on the day. Such a relief. Thank you all 😊
After breaking down, my van was recovered to BRS who got us going again as quick as they could. Top job from a top team and very reasonably priced. I found the receptionist to be very friendly and helpful, she kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend this team.
