A special praise goes to Mr. Mario who is at the reception who, in addition to being professional and well prepared, has always looked after me with care dedicating even more than the necessary time and patience in the explanations since I am not a native English speaker. It is a highly recommended workshop.
I brought my car in for its 1st service, under the mobility scheme. We received car fully washed and cleaned Mario was amazing and kept me informed throughout the whole time, offering me tea and coffee. Nice waiting area too. Definitely recommend
My Kia in for second service at Kia Bromley service centre at Elmers End. This time managed and coordinated by Dave Hall. Everything well and efficiently managed, and Dave is very friendly. welcoming and professional, keeping the customer informed before during and after service. Overall very good experience and would have no hesitation in continuing to have car serviced at this location.
Just had my 3 year service completed on my Kia Sportage which all went well without any problems. Booked ahead online to ensure I had a courtesy car for the day as I have a bit of a drive to this branch which is my "preferred" one as they have given me a much better service that my other local Kia Dealership. Many thanks to Dave Hall who dealt with me both in person and over the phone discussing matters that were found during the course of the service. Although he did point out other “services” that were available he was in no way pushy in trying to upsell them which for me goes a long way on the customer service front. 5/5 for Dave and Kia for the service provided and see you next year.

I was tempted to use a different garage for my service but will definitely continue with Kia in the future. Thank you for making it an easy experience.
