The Team, especially Peter went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed. The Mechanics are very knowledgeable and explained the issues clearly what needed doing to fix my car. Fay, the Receptionist is friendly, professional and was helpful with me throughout the processes relating to my car. I took my VW Touran to Beckers in mid-September to have my glow plugs replaced as well as MOT done. Very pleased with the work done & the very fair price. Very friendly & helpful. I recommend them & will definitely use them in the future.
I want to thank all the staff as my experience was amazing they replaced my clutch and did my back brakes and the car feels amazing now. The staff are so helpful they dropped me off at home and even picked up my prescription from the pharmacy. I would 1000% recommend Becker's they are amazing people and do amazing work it's by far the best garage I have ever been too. Thanks again Becker's you have been incredible.
Brilliant experience from start to finish - huge thanks all the staff! They quickly identified the issue with my VW Golf and replaced the heater matrix and coolant as quick as they could. The climate control works perfectly again. I would 1000% recommend Becker's they are amazing people and do amazing work. Thanks again Becker's you have been incredible.
