Oustanding, very honest - has saved me hundreds on unneecessary repairs which other less reputable garages had told me I needed, multiple times. Very friendly and prices always very fair
I arrived about 15 minutes before they actually opened but was served by Amjad who happily took my keys and asked if I needed the car back by a specific time. They called me in the afternoon to say it had all passed (barring a windscreen wiper which they'd replaced for me) and was ready for collection. When I arrived Amjad remembered me and happily gave me all my paperwork and key, he then walked me to my car as it wasn't immediately outside the garage. Really great service and I'll definitely use them again! Thank you
I've been to Thorpe Autos a couple of times for myself now and came on a friend's recommendation. Both times the service has been impeccable, both pricing and repairs to be done were clear to me. In both situations felt like good care was taken to even notice issues I didn't know I had and were serious. Highly recommend.
