The gentlemen were very friendly and helpful they said come back in 2 hours same day .they have done mot on my car without any problems. I appreciate there humbleness and friendly attitude. I took my car in for a small fault, and the team at BJ Autos found an easy fix just by cleaning up a component, and they didn't charge me for it at all!! How often does that happen these days? It's really nice to find a company that works on the principle of repeat business through reputation and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.
Fantastic garage with great service and nice people. Can get car in very quickly and are very helpful and informative. Would absolutely recommend.
Took my Kia in with suspected sticking brake caliper. They inspected the disc braking system and found a displaced anti-rattle shim which they reinstalled. All fine now and the bill was probably less than an hour's labour charge. Wonderful!
Are they a swanky efficient garage? No. Are they a trustworthy family run business… I believe so. Each time I’ve taken my car for repair they’ve completed the job and the price has been about what I expected. My one criticism is their admin. They often make mistakes here; for example, if I didn’t call them up a week later my car would probably still be in their garage. They should really look into refining their admin process to avoid future headaches.
