The customer service from Nichola was great and she even got them to prioritise it so we could be on the road to visit elderly relatives for Xmas. Very happy and will make this my 'go-to' garage.
Had my rear brake discs/pads replaced last year at another garage for £250. Had my front brake pads/discs replaced at Advance Autocare, as they are local and had good reviews. I know fronts are more expensive than rears but these were more expensive than I thought they were going to be (based on the cost of the rear) but the difference in quality between the front and back discs is chalk and cheese. I now know why the other garage were so cheap and why my rear pads need replacing already after 10,000 miles (when I usually get quadruple that). Going to use these guys from now on as they obviously use quality components. Staff really helpful and friendly also.
Went to the workshop for the first time even though i live very close to the workshop. I had a fantastic experience at this workshop! They provided exceptional service by removing my metal heat shield panel without charging me a penny. The staff was incredibly skilled and friendly. I couldn't be happier with their generosity and professionalism. Definitely a 5-star workshop & will definitely be my new favourite workshop starting from now on!
Robin and the team recently changed my Timing Chain on my Discovery Sport. I would highly recommend this garage. The team were quick, clear on progress over the two days the car was with them and the price I paid was exactly what Robin had quoted to me before work started. When I came to collect the car Robin even walked me through the changes with pictures and videos he had taken during the maintenance. Highly recommend.
Great garage, quick work and lovely staff. Charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone as well. Will be back 👍
