I was slightly annoyed that they let me book an appointment for 2 days time, then immediately cancelled and offered a booking in 3 weeks. However, this was over the Xmas period and better than other local garages. One the actually day I was really happy with their communication and customer service. I will definitely be using again and recommending. I loved the clear pricing structure

Came on time to pick up my car. I was told extra work was needed, agreed to it. Car was brought back a little later because of the work which we expected. It is my wife’s car and she is very pleased.

Convenient- they collected my car and dropped it off no problems. All fine with my information was easily laid out and I was kept up to date. I will definitely use their service again

Car was picked up in the morning and returned early evening as agreed, and in-between the guys carried out all the agreed work at a fair price, can't ask for more.

As an emergency this was fantastic, car was picked up, repaired, and dropped back on the same day.

Really easy to schedule and customer services responded quickly when I needed to make some alterations to the booking. Car pick up was quick and easy and I was kept updated with progress from the garage during the MOT. Returned on time. Would strongly recommend for a hassle free way of arrange work at recommended garages

Communication was very good. However, booking the garage and then cancelling then rebooking a week later was less good.
