It is a good service, car is collected on time, and delivered back on time or earlier. Any issues they find, they message you to see what you want to do. I was a bit surprised to hear from the driver that he doesn’t receive any tips. I had left £5 tip when I booked my car in, which they said goes to the driver. This is why I have deducted a star from the rating. I did mention this when they asked for feedback, but I’m yet to receive a response.

Great timing and rapid service. Just a knock at the door by the friendly man, and no arranging lifts to the garage to drop of and pick up. Would highly recommend using this brilliant service. You will receive a text if your MOT has passed and when your service is complete.

I've used Fixter a couple times now. Each time it's super easy to book your car in at a time that suits. Also having car pick up & drop off is extremely convenient. Good referral programme also to help build up credits to keep the next service cheaper. Would highly recommend!

Really easy to book. Car picked up on time. But did feel that communication on the return time could have been better. I ended up having to call the garage to find out why my car was so late coming back. But would use again. Was very convenient
