Great service, convenient. Slightly cheaper

Great service. Car collected and taken to garage. The part wasnt in stock only a more expensive part, bumping the quoted price close to other prices. Not fixters fault. Confusion over the invoice but sorted by fixter call centre. I would use them again but would be wary if 'the required parts arent available' next time. Overall, a convenient, slightly cheaper method of car repair, especially if you prefer your car collected and delivered back to your house.

I had a really good experience ! I would recommend to friends and family but the only blip is that I was told my car would be collected between 8.30am and 10am but they didn’t arrive until 11.40am. My service was perfect and my car was back by 4.30pm - so all good in the end and I’m very happy.

So pleased with Fixter, such a smooth running service, from my car being picked up from home to the work being completed and delivery back onto my drive. Very impressed, Fixter kept me updated in regards to the work being done, and all for a very good price, Renault dealers price was almost five hundred pounds more, so don’t get caught paying over the top! Fixter were great

Fixter were great. They communicated that they couldn't pick up the car at my requested date with plenty of notice. Once I changed it, they were here early and picked up the car. The brakes and discs were changed in a couple of hours and it was duly returned by 10am. Zero hassle, super communicative and efficient and saved me from waiting in garages. Highly recommended!

Assigned me to a garage for MOT and car was collected from home. I was easily able to contact fixter for advice regarding the issue I had with the car and make specific arrangements prior to the garage collecting the car.
