We booked with Fixter to have our car collected, MOT’ed and returned to us. The technician called us on the morning to advise when they would collect, then they called us with the outcome of the MOT and they returned it back to us, all in one day! Fixter were helpful, though there were delays caused by Christmas/New Year. The problem with my vehicle was complicated and took time to resolve. Apart from during the holidays I was kept well informed. I would recommend the service.

I dislike dealing with garages. Fixter solved that problem as they do everything for you. Car picked up and dropped off. Paul kept me informed all the way through. Excellent work.

Very good friendly service. Good communication and reliable. Spoke through everything before agreeing to any additional work. The only issue I have is that the car is not cleaned as part of the service. When I used other services or garages they always return the car looking nice and shiny. Lost a star for that.
