Very good friendly service. Good communication and reliable. Spoke through everything before agreeing to any additional work. The only issue I have is that the car is not cleaned as part of the service. When I used other services or garages they always return the car looking nice and shiny. Lost a star for that.

Fixter were helpful, though there were delays caused by Christmas/New Year. The problem with my vehicle was complicated and took time to resolve. Apart from during the holidays I was kept well informed. I would recommend the service.

The ease of booking is great. Communication before collection was spot-on. For me, I was expecting a call as to when the driver was returning my vehicle, especially after an email to say car was done and they were awaiting a driver. I had no call and the driver arrived at a most inconvenient time.

Excellent service from the time my car was collected, keeping me informed of any issues and returning my car. Honest and reliable and no nasty surprises with regards to charges. I would recommend and would use again
