In fact, the garage rang and asked to pick up the car early, so they could ensure they ordered the right cam belt and not have any delays on the day of planned maintenance. I'm really please with this service and Fixter's website, which is easy to use and very clearly laid out.

Have used fixter on a couple of occasions and the service and updates of what was happening have been great, can’t fault them, but on this occasion I wasnt very happy,they picked the car up at the david time, and when it arrived at the garage they tex me to say it was there which was great, they told me it would be back before 6pm the latest, from the point they recieved the car I had no updates at all, didn’t even know if the car had passed mot or not,come 6 pm the car still had nit been returned to me, so I was thinking all kinds of things, then 7pm knock at the door they had bought my car back, no apologies for the lateness just gave me paper and said goodbye. But as I say have never had any trouble in the past, so I will use them again, despite lack of communication, and lateness of the return
