My car was picked up when they said, the driver very polite and answered all my questions, (I was a little nervous handing over my car keys to a total stranger) but I got text messages through out the day saying it arrived at the garage and what needed to be done. I was just getting an MOT but they did tell me what was needed to pass the MOT and what could wait to be fixed at a later date. Once agreed on what was needed to pass MOT, I paid and the car was delivered back on the appointed time with the MOT certificate.
