Had a great experience with Fixter and the Garage that they sent me to. Kept me informed and updated on what was happening with my Jaguar XF. Although the price quoted to me was not relivent, due to off the shelf parts being no use for my vehicle. Therefore, had to get genuine Jaguar parts. The boys at PAK Motors Govan, went over and above great service to get me back on the road again. I have used PAK motors before and would highly recommend them. I was a bit dubious, but it all worked well. Good communication from the driver and the garage and dropped back in decent time. Will use again.

Really easy way to get servicing done. My car had been flashing with steering wheel on the dashboard. Looked like the steering fluid needed changing. Collected my car and returned it with work completed in 6 hours.

The guy who came to pick up the car was very polite,professional and friendly. Being kept up to date was handy, even though £64 for wipers was a bit expensive the total amount wasn't bank breaking. Getting the car picked up and dropped off was brilliant, especially as I find walking difficult, I was able to get on with my day without having to spend all the time at the garage. Not only will I use Fixter again I will recommend it to everyone I know with a car!! 😉

Great experience didn’t have to take anytime off work I just left the keys in safe place for the engineer to pick up my car and carry out the work and then they take a payment once work is complete then drop the car back Would definitely use again
