Fixter sent out a driver to collect the car and conduct a diagnostic on the vehicle. Very impressed with the agent (Ameer), ringing me up throughout the day giving me updates. He made enquiries on my behalf regarding an authorisation number (warranty) before commencing work. Professionalism at its best. Easy booking process. Car was picked up one hour later than scheduled but I was informed of this well in advance. All smooth and got MOT sorted. Would recommend and I would also consider for a full service.
