Some of my contacts were very helpful, others less so. The car pickup, repairs and delivery went very well except that you had my house number wrong on the job details. I noticed this and sent you an email but it wasn't corrected for the delivery. I later tried to correct the number but neither I nor your helpdesk was able to do so - I was told I would have to raise it for my next booking.

The garage assigned through fixter didn't ask me to do unnecessary repairs. Told me what was wrong and how long it could wait. A hassle-free experience fro garage and delivered the car in 4 hours.

Timely collection and delivery of vehicle. Works done as agreed and with prior agreement. Will use again
