The service was good, the driver who picked up and dropped my car was very helpful. I did not like the fact that I was gently pushed into replacing all kinds of unnecessary parts, none of which were faulty. Worrying that someone who is an inexperienced car owner could be duped into spending unnecessarily.

Prompt response. Friendly staff. Vehicle was picked up and returned on time. Follow up queries were dealt with promptly.

My car was picked up first thing and communication received with updates. Car returned earlier than indicated which meant I could get on with my day . I’ve used Fixter a couple of times and I’ve been happy with both services provided. Thumbs up from me 👍

Easy to book online Rates are fantastic Optional car pick up and drop off was very useful for me as i travel with my 2 toddlers

Great to have the car picked up and brought back only issue is that more information could be provided on what the outcomes of the service were eg tyre depths etc
