Great service. Car collected and taken to garage. The part wasnt in stock only a more expensive part, bumping the quoted price close to other prices. Not fixters fault. Confusion over the invoice but sorted by fixter call centre. I would use them again but would be wary if 'the required parts arent available' next time. Overall, a convenient, slightly cheaper method of car repair, especially if you prefer your car collected and delivered back to your house.

The car was collected by a friendly and helpful gentleman, I received a call later on informing me of the full extent of the problem which was not as bad as I thought, and saved me money. Then it was returned to me by the same gentleman who was kind and friendly. I will be glad to use this service again next time I have a problem.

Faultless Service! Very easy to arrange the service on line. Charming and polite young chap picked up the car at the allotted time. Great communication throughout the day advising on any required additional work and associated costs on the vehicle. Car returned bang on time and drives like a new car! Service could not be faulted.
