Mercedes M-Class starter motor replacement

Reducing this to four stars, based on the fact that I have just tried to look at a replacement battery for another car in our household, which is currently SORN - We need a battery to make it roadworthy, and the Fixter system won't entertain it, which is an area for improvement for me. Everything else is true and correct, though this is a bit disappointing and we'll now have to look elsewhere. Everything a service based company should be. From start to finish the process was simple, efficient and most importantly, excellent value for money. So many businesses in the UK could learn a thing or two from this organisation. I will go to Fixter first in future and hope that their model continues to remain as just as it is.

The repair that needed to be done Was done with no problem, The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the lack of communication

Despite some issues with the car being collected the overall customer service to sort it out and still ensure it was MOT'd on the same day was good. Once collected it was a quick and simple process and the driver was very professional when collecting.

Couldn't be easier! Overall great service. Would recommend and will use again.

They carried out everything as they said , arrived on time, carried out the work and returned car at five I am very impressed
