Fixter sent out a driver to collect the car and conduct a diagnostic on the vehicle. Very impressed with the agent (Ameer), ringing me up throughout the day giving me updates. He made enquiries on my behalf regarding an authorisation number (warranty) before commencing work. Professionalism at its best. Excellent. When I asked how long the MOT would take and when the car would be returned as I was a district nurse waiting to go out on patient home visits, it was done and back with me within a couple of hours. Friendly staff too.
