Very easy service to use, the appointment booking was straightforward, the driver turned up when expected. The notification of additional work advisories was, kind of, expected and was easy to decline these options. My car was delivered back in good time too.

Great service. Kept updates throughout the process from picking my car at home, fixing it for a couple of days, to dropping it to my work place. With the delay in repairs I got an Uber voucher from there which was thoughtful. I have 4 stars because it’s pricy, but it’s worth it if you don’t like stress! Thank you Fixter. The guy who came to pick up the car was very polite,professional and friendly. Being kept up to date was handy, even though £64 for wipers was a bit expensive the total amount wasn't bank breaking. Getting the car picked up and dropped off was brilliant, especially as I find walking difficult, I was able to get on with my day without having to spend all the time at the garage. Not only will I use Fixter again I will recommend it to everyone I know with a car!! 😉

All arrangements were great. Our car was picked up and later dropped back as expected. The only concern is that the garage failed the MOT because of apparent windscreen washer not working, a surprise to me as I regularly use the washer and it always worked. They charged me £30 to rectify! I had no choice but to pay. However, the right hand washer has been misadjusted, and now it does not aim at the driver’s side of the windscreen! Very disappointing that they didn’t bother to check it. Is this a way for the garage to earn easy money?

I must admit I was sceptical to start with having come across this on a Google search. I paid £5 for collection and delivery. I can only describe this whole service as excellent. Communication was excellent and service was excellent. I can't recommend enough.
