Booked an MOT, friendly and polite driver knocked on my door at the agreed time (Fixter emailed me to reschedule and moved the pickup a couple of hours later than I had booked but that wasn't a problem for me; and the drop-off time was unchanged), drove away and turned up a few hours later handing me my key an an MOT certificate. Done.

I had no issues with the whole process. The timings of the collection of my car was a little concern as I had it planned to be collected at a certain time, but got changed the night before. Generally keeping me informed on my car was good. I will use them again.

Was so easy to book through, they found a garage near me and organised my car to be picked up from my home the next day and dropped back off at my door. Amazing service. So convenient.
