So easy to use the service and very communicative

I really enjoyed using Fixter. I’d never heard of them until I realised I needed to book an MOT last minute. Easy booking system. Kept me updated with emails and texts thought out the day and when I needed further work doing it was just a click of a button to agree. The only reason I give 4 stars is because my car was 40 mins late back and I wasn’t able to get hold of anyone to find out what was happening. Other than that I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Quick, reasonable, friendly

My vehicle was picked up and dropped off, good service, although the dedicated garage was further than I expected.

Fixter were helpful, though there were delays caused by Christmas/New Year. The problem with my vehicle was complicated and took time to resolve. Apart from during the holidays I was kept well informed. I would recommend the service.

Can't fault, booking online which was mega easy and they kept me up to date with everything such as assigning a garage, I called to change the collection address the day before and was absolutely fine. Picked car up and was notified throughout the time they had it, passed MOT with no additional work, delivered car back to me with no problems

The garage carried out a full service along with an Mot..car was collected on time as agreed, driver was courteous and friendly. Would use again.

Support team did an excellent job with helping with a problem that arose during service. Fantastic communication - no waiting multiple days for a response (usually heard back within 30 minutes).
