In fact, the garage rang and asked to pick up the car early, so they could ensure they ordered the right cam belt and not have any delays on the day of planned maintenance. Such A Great Service Fixter.
This was my first experience with Fixter. They were so helpful, and explained exactly what was going to happen, at what time and where. My car was picked up when they said, the driver very polite and answered all my questions, (I was a little nervous handing over my car keys to a total stranger) but I got text messages through out the day saying it arrived at the garage and what needed to be done. I was just getting an MOT but they did tell me what was needed to pass the MOT and what could wait to be fixed at a later date. Once agreed on what was needed to pass MOT, I paid and the car was delivered back on the appointed time with the MOT certificate. This was easy, efficient, no time wasting, and lovely staff to deal with. I'll be using Fixter again, and again...
