Audi S5 MOT and service bundle

Very convenient that the car was picked up and dropped off again. Kept us informed of work needing done and timescale. Reasonably priced. Will use again.

Update: following the review, Fixter reached out and confirmed that the oil was indeed changed. Original review: I booked an oil change at a local garage. The vehicle pick up process was seamless, the driver was there on time, I handed over and confirmed the services to be performed, I have also given the service book for the oil change to be recorded. The driver called me several hours later to confirm the drop off and arrived as agreed. To my surprise, he handed me a new MOT certificate (that was not overdue and I have not ordered) and the service book without any new entries. I contacted customer service requesting the proof of work that I ordered being done (confirmation of the oil change from the garage) and while the customer service agent was very helpful, I have never received it. So I don't know what work (apart from the MOT that I hadn't ordered) was actually done and I will need to do it again, defeating the purpose of the entire undertaking. I am going to ask for a refund either from Fixter or credit card provider.

I received a fantastic service. Exactly as they promised it. They picked up my car for free and re-delivered it after a few hours. Everything was spot on and I was extremely happy with the process. I also got a voucher to use next time and I will definitely recommend this service to my friends

I didn't have to worry about anything. I ordered a service online, they picked up and dropped off the car at my house.
