Audi S4 MOT and service bundle

I normally book my MOT with my car service but I could not get my car booked in before my MOT expired. I found Fixter on line and glad I did. I did get a free pick up and drop off but at £4.99 each way, I thought that was reasonable to not have to hang around a garage. I was kept updated the whole time and even got my car back earlier than expected which was a huge bonus.

The work was of a high standard but communication could be better.

A fast and friendly service. The driver was on time and courteous and the MOT price reasonable. The repairs quote was a little high, being the only reason for 4 stars not 5.

Quick professional and efficient. They need to improve availability on phones. I called to discuss my car repairs and I was able to speak to No-one. They keep you on hold and no-one answers or call you back.

Collection was on time every thing was done on time and we received our vehicle back on time too.
