Audi A8 MOT and service bundle

Some of my contacts were very helpful, others less so. The car pickup, repairs and delivery went very well except that you had my house number wrong on the job details. I noticed this and sent you an email but it wasn't corrected for the delivery. I later tried to correct the number but neither I nor your helpdesk was able to do so - I was told I would have to raise it for my next booking.

I was happy about the service I received. My car was well serviced, it was collected on time and brought back on time. The staff was professional. Thank you.

Great service and MOT completed in same day and car picked up and delivered for a small charge. Well worth the extra to get the car collected. The garage kept me up to date all day with progress and that included pick up and drop off times. I will definitely use this service again in Sheffield 5 stars

My car couldn't be fixed at the approved garage so I was referred to a main dealer to deal with the problem, but I was not charged a fee for the investigation.
