I was charged for something that the garage has broke in my car. I am definitely not happy about that. Apart from that I had a good experience, hence the 3 stars. ****EDIT**** I was contacted by Fixter and they sort out everything to my complete satisfaction. I have been using this service since 2021 and have very satisfied with the service they offer. Apart from that small issue that was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend their services to anybody. Keep up the good work and the care to your customers.

Really good experience - easy collection, clear communication

Great service. Was given updates the whole time and delivered back to the office before I finished work. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

A fantastic service. Collected and returned the car from home. Dealt with MOT and service all for £185 . Will be using them again. They got my Urgent MOT the next day. Lovely people

I love the service, no arranging lifts, waiting around or time off work. so convenient and hassle free. Customer service is excellent if you do need to speak to them. The guy who came to collect was every friendly and polite advised a time slot for returning the car which was adhered to. Overall amazing idea and will definately use a third time next year.

Easy to access, superb communication and expert work.

It was totally seamless and I'd use it again. My car was looked after perfectly and everything done as arranged.
