Assigned me to a garage for MOT and car was collected from home. I was easily able to contact fixter for advice regarding the issue I had with the car and make specific arrangements prior to the garage collecting the car. Excellent customer service and very polite assistance received over the phone. I did not manage to get the man’s name who I spoke to but he was very helpful. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Great communication throughout the day advising on any required additional work and associated costs on the vehicle. Car returned bang on time and drives like a new car! Service could not be faulted. Fixter offers an excellent service. They collect your car, do the work necessary in this case it was an MOT & service. Once the work is complete they text you to tell you the latest news and then deliver your car back to you. They offer value for money too as their costs were reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future.

So pleased with Fixter, such a smooth running service, from my car being picked up from home to the work being completed and delivery back onto my drive. Very impressed, Fixter kept me updated in regards to the work being done, and all for a very good price, Renault dealers price was almost five hundred pounds more, so don’t get caught paying over the top! Will definitely use Fixter again.
