I dealt with Amy at Sittingbourne during my cars repair which was through an insurance claim. Amy was fantastic, always on the end of the phone with up to date information which is more than I could say for my insurance company! As soon as repair was authorised with insurance the process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
Sadly my beloved BMW suffered an "injury" following a collision with a lorry. However, Zeus ARC were straight on it! The car was collected promptly and the whole process was explained to me throughout. It didn't take long before I got call after collection to say my car was repaired. I was actually astonished with how quick this was and also a little concerned that maybe the work had been rushed and I would not be pleased with the outcome. Despite my reservations - there was no need for them as the car looks fantastic and it is impossible to tell that it was ever involved in a collision. The front wing, door and wing mirror just look unnoticeable from how it looked before. And to top it all of the team were friendly, engaging and informative throughout. Tony was an A1 superstar who made sure the car looked perfect and Amy was the friendly and humorous front of house star - who ensured I was kept well informed (and offered me coffee and biscuits when I went to their reception). I am genuinely impressed by the end result and fantastic service, plus of course so happy to be back on my car.
Following my accident in early December last year, I entrusted my car repairs to Zeus Accident Repair, Sittingbourne - and she was in a pretty broken state - Dealing with my Insurer was prolonged, frustrating and stressful, but was made all the more bearable by Zeus, who listened, supported and liased between myself and my insurer, keeping me updated every step of the way. This week my car was delivered back to me by Zeus, repaired and restored back to her former glory and beautifully valeted. I was treated with the utmost respect, care and courtesy throughout and cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you Val, Amy, Jack and the rest of the team for all your help and wonderful service, not to mention some well received humour into the bargain.
Just had our car returned following an accident late December and we are very pleased with the result. Our insurance company dealt with the issue quickly and advised Zeus (Sittingbourne) would be repairing the car. Can't fault Zeus customer service or workmenship very helpful from start to finish. Amy kept us informed all the way down the line from when they could fit the car into their schedule to when they collected it and returned it, all with a smile.
