Nick explained upfront that there was cost of £45 to diagnose the fault and I agreed I was happy for that, main dealers charge way more and they fixed the fault after, reasonable cost too. Excellent knowledgeable staff, my car feels like its better than it was new, highly recommended.
Used Youngs for an annual service. Very thorough inspection report, and Nick was happy to discuss benefits and drawbacks of doing different elements of the work, with no pressure to have work done. Very knowledgeable. I will use again.
1st time using Youngs for the annual service to my recently acquired Q2. I think I’ve found a goodun. Car ready on time. Spent time explaining the details of what was done, some of the things wouldn’t have been obvious unless they had been checked ,like an issue with the rain sensor. This was due to a replacement windscreen a week before and came up as a fault as it had not been reset by the screen fitter. Very thorough report provided. Overall very pleased.
Nick was so helpful, and I picked up the car the next day. New injector fitted and it runs much better.
