From the first conversation I had with David he was courteous and totally upfront. I took my car this morning. An absolute gentleman, rare to find. I left my car and he continually kept me updated with the diagnosis and prognosis and repair. He contacted my warranty company to gain authorisation for the job, called to let me know it had been approved. Then he called me when it was all ready and that he would deliver back to my home address. 15 minutes later there was my car. This is my first experience dealing with this garage and I was very stressed but David allayed my fears! I will definitely use them again, thank just hope I don’t have any need apart from a service and MOT. Thank you David and your team. Jane

I would highly recommend Yellow Autos because of the great customer service experience I received. My sons car had a few issues and was told by other mechanics it was difficult to repair and will cost a lot. We brought the car to Yellow Autos to be diagnosed and was told that it can be fixed easily within couple days and was affordable! My son was relieved, and his car is driving great!!!! Thank you guys xx
