Generally excellent, honest and trustworthy garage. I’ve been taking my cars to WP Automotive exclusively for a number of years now and will not go anywhere else, despite my relocating to south London; well worth the 90 minute drive to drop the car at WP for the peace of mind that a) the diagnostic process is thorough and methodical (i.e. never jumping to conclusions and spending money replacing things that turn out not to be the cause of the problem, as seems to happen all too often elsewhere) and b) that all work will be carried out to the highest possible standard and with great care and attention to detail. Couldn’t ask for better.
Will replaced the timing chain on my Audi A5. Did a brilliant job, when an Audi main dealer had told me they couldn't even do the work. Will was great at keeping me up-to-date on progress and costs, what he quoted me included VAT so no surprise at the end. Will be using him for my regular servicing from now on.
Will is always happy to assist with advice has been able to sort many issues in good time for me over the yeats.
Got my car remapped!! I have been contemplating this idea for a long time now and after a lot, and I mean a lot! of research and contemplation I finally decided to it. I went to see Will and he explained me everything about remapping. How it works, what if does, how it can benefit the car and of course get more BHP! He was not pushy at all and was more concerned that I was happy with the idea and understood exactly what it entailed. 3 hours later and the car was done!! No longer waiting at the cross roads now!! Love it! Just kicking myself for waiting so long!! Will highly recommend WP personally.
