from 82 reviews on GoogleWife broke down on M5, nightmare situation. AA took their usual hours to rescue her to the service station and then more hours to get an "expert" to look at it. Eventually got towed to this garage. That's when things got a little better. The communication from them was top class. Wife was hundreds of miles from home so this was well appreciated. It became apparent that the problem wasn't a short fix, so she was able to catch the train back the day after. Excellent communication again with the problem, the price and when it would probably be ready. This allowed me to organise a train (with 6 changeovers!!!) to go and collect. Lovely gentlemen. Very professional and honest.... not your usual garage experience. Thank you chaps 👍
Had an imbolizer fault. David and the guys were an absolute legends. They towed my car at short notice, fixed and sorted a spare key. all in the space of a couple of days. Explained clearly every step of the way and ensured I ok'd the work ahead of time. Would highly recommend.
After a MOT, service, and gear oil change on my Alphard, I can say without a doubt it has made a difference, my heavy foot does not need to be so heavy now 😂, an excellent job once again by David and the crew at WMM, thank you.
