A friendly welcome greeted me on arrival followed by an offer of coffee [duly accepted]. I had completed log-in on line so after handing over my car key I took a comfortable seat while I waited for the Winter Check to be carried out. On completion of the check [with video report] Jamie Crump came and went through the report with me.He answered all my questions in a positive manner. I would have little hesitation in recommending Audi Worcester.
Very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Alex kept us fully informed of the progress of our car’s service! Well done Worcester Audi.
Outstanding service and attention, the most professional and personable from any that I have worked with before, which includes Porsche, Mercedes and BMW dealerships. Adam is at the top of his game and Issy was super helpful, personable and attentive, Thank you Worcester Audi.
We called early on a Saturday morning to ask for urgent assistance with a locked on locking wheel nut on a wheel that had a puncture. We were met by the lady on reception who immediately offered us a coffee and a seat and then handed over to Nathan in Service, who said he would try to help but couldn't promise anything. We left the car with him for what we were told would be a couple of hours. Later that day we received a call to confirm they had managed to remove the locking nut and replace it with exactly the same part number. Apparently even the technician shouted out in delight when he finally drilled the part out. Whilst it was an expensive exercise the job had to be done and we cannot thank Nathan or the technician enough. We really thought it was going to be a much bigger problem. Never dealt with or owned an Audi (this was my sons car) but given the service offered by the team at Listers Worcester, I would certainly pay them a visit when I next change my car.
