The temperature in the room is very comfortable and the room is also clean and tidy everywhere. I got all my questions answered. I also looked at all the new cars here, nice prices for every customer. There is a large selection of cars, both new and used. There is parking for customers here. I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful car shop and see for themselves.
Since buying a Škoda in 2019, and having previously refused to pay dealership prices, I have now always taken my car for all services to Willis. Yes, I could probably get the work done cheaper elsewhere, but the whole process at Willis is faultless. The staff are incredible; friendly, polite, excellent at communicating about booking the services and then once the car is in. I've never once had an issue with any of the work they have done, so the peace of mind taking the car here is worth the extra cost. Plus, when they're able to, they even give the car a clean inside and out. The best dealership/garage I've ever dealt with.

Collected our new Karoq yesterday and the service we received from Kevin was outstanding, He couldn’t do enough for us. And he made a point of including our disabled son in the process which was very appreciated. Best customer service we’ve received from a dealer when collecting a new car.
