I had a sudden need for a new front tyre, due to tyre wall damage. The nearest tyre centre was Williams, and so I decided to give them a go. I wasn’t at all disappointed, In fact I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to solve my problem. Real customer service, professional job, all sorted without any hassle. Thank you guys, I very much appreciate how quickly you helped me.
Hard to find a good honest local garage these days . Fitted me in fairly short notice for a MOT on my ford fiesta very fair and honest could not fault them at all .reasonably priced as well. and they used a-bit of common sense as well something many garages in Ipswich don’t have !!! Perfect thanks a lot !!
Took my Mini to Williams for an MOT today. Friendly and helpful staff who know their cars. Much better than going to a national chain. Will use them for future car related things now as I was very happy with the service. My car had not been used for a long time as I did a full underbody restoration, due to not running for a while it failed on the emissions as it has been stood for months, but unlike some garages who would charge you for another MOT, they instead let the car sit at high idle for a while to let it clear out and then retested it for the pass. Happy with the service.
