I booked a car service online and had to reschedule, which was really easy to do over the phone, and the staff were very polite. I dropped the car off at 8AM, and it was ready for collection the next day, though I picked it up a day later. The only area for improvement would be communication, I had to call for an update. I understand it gets busy, so it wasn’t a big issue, but proactive updates would be appreciated. Overall, thank you so much for looking after my car! :)
I had my MOT and repairs done here. They were timely with sorting out the repairs after the MOT failed. They called me after finding the faults with the car and told me everything that needed to be repaired. They kept to the time scale of getting the work done. On the day when I needed to collect the car I arrived very close to their closing time, but John still got his workers to lift the car up for me and see all that had been repaired, he also showed me the broken parts that were removed so they were fully transparent with me. They were very timely in sorting out my car. Overall I had a good experience at this garage. The owner and staff are friendly, polite and very helpful.
Professional but very friendly and courteous.Keeps you informed of any necessary or advisory extra work to be carried out. Work carried out efficiently and generally on time. Would recommend without hesitation.
