Excellent service again from whitecroft. I’ve just picked up car after it’s had vibration issues at motorway speeds, they inspected the suspension and found an issue with wheel balancing 50g. They also did the timing belts, MOT, servicing and wheels in feb 2023 and ordered my requested shell pure plus oil.

Asked for a quote to replace a starter motor, they quoted me and unlike a local garage not a million miles away who I take the car to be serviced and mot'd could not be bothered quoting. The price was fair and the car booked in on a date that suited us both. Car part replaced and job done. Excellent communication and service.

Great garage reliable friendly, called to say what issue was and cost of new parts and labour which were very reasonable, done in a couple of hours, thank you for the repair and service!

Asked for a pat fluid refill amd also to change my drop links as was told they needed doing from somewhere else Refilled the pat fluid and reset all counters as it needed with a diagnostic tool Also checked both drop links for me and advised me that they didn't need changing (very honest) could have changed them and charged me but didn't.great experience as a first time customer and deffo will be back if service stays the same
