from 52 reviews on GoogleI Personally can't fault these guys or praise them enough, after having a mini in another Garage for nearly 8 months unable to fix the car, these guys pulled it out of the bag within a few hours of me dropping it off. The service was great and reasonably priced, and to get it fixed so quickly was really unexpected . I would 100% recommend them without any hesitation.
I purchased a Mini from Gary earlier this year, the CD didn't work, he replaced it, there was a noise coming from the gearbox (like a thrust bearing), no quibble they replaced all bearing in the box, but the car was still making a noise, he extended the warranty on the gearbox for a year and explained some boxes just make a noise but the car is fine. I did not like the noise and Gary said he was happy to offer me an exchange for another car or a full refund... THAT IS AMAZING! we decided to accept the refund and Gary refunded me right there and then, the money was in my bank within the hour, he also sorted out my Tax refund online while I waited. I consider this to be above & beyond service, exceptional. I feel for those who have had a different experience than I did but I find it very difficult to accept that Gary or his brother are in any way rude or incompetent. My experience has left me very happy with the service and they literally bent over backwards to help me. I'm delighted and would recommend them fully, in fact, my Sister will be buying a Mini from them later this year. Everyone can have a different experience but for me (I'm 58 now) This has been the best dealership I have ever purchased a car from. Thank you Whinbush Garage. 5STAR
Purchased a lovely Mini convertible from Whinbush. 5 stars just isn't enough! I had an awful time finding a mini in my price range and got stung by a few sellers however these guys are truly genuine people. Gary knew about every single mini on that forecourt and there were about 20! No pressure selling and was honest about my choices. Serviced, MOTed and valeted prior to my collection. After driving a few days i noticed the Air con was not cold, i phoned up, told to bring back at my convenience and they re gassed the air con there and then. No quibbles. took 5 mins! When i bought a mini from a BMW dealer i had to book it in all day just for a re gas! Whinbush will now have my custom for as long as it keeps going! Thank you again guys!
I recently bought a car from Whinbush Garage and was very impressed, the initial contact was very good. The salesman (Michael) allowed us the space to really look at the car we wanted for our Sons first car. Once we decided to buy the car he was very efficient & helpful. After we picked it up the car suffered a problem and on contacting the garage it was rectified. We had looked at many cars and this garage ticked every box, no hard sell, great customer service and a great experience for our sons first purchase.
This is the first time I have used this garage. I had an oil service and a minor repair carried out recently. Both were fairly priced and carried out in a timely fashion. The customer service was great. Many thanks.
