from 39 reviews on GoogleI cannot fault Westham motors. I live in Yorkshire and just as I was about to set off back to Yorkshire, my clutch went. Derrick was very helpful and understanding and within 24 hours my clutch was replaced. £285.00 which is a really good price. Derrick drew my attention to my brakes possibly being faulty and to keep my eye on them. I returned my car the same day and by 2.00pm the next day which happened to be a Saturday my brakes where fixed. Had I have not done this I could have been in the situation where my breaks went whilst driving back to Yorkshire which is M5, M6,M60,M62 It could have been a disaster. Derrick was also flexible with my payments as he understood I was on holiday, visiting my daughter and my finances were very tight. Thank you Derrick for literally possibly saving my life......or god knows what. So all in all excellent customer care all round and my car is very happy too.
Really impressed with the service here. Clutch was on it's way out on my car. Took it down to this garage after seeing lots of other good reviews. We went for a road test and confirmed it would need a clutch. Priced it quickly and said he could get it in and done on a Monday. Dropped it off at 9am - ready by Midday. Really impressed with service here, reliable and affordable. Would definitely recommend! If you see this. THANKYOU!
On holiday and clutch went. Called Westham while waiting 4 hours for RAC, they gave very competitive quote and time scale. Car left at unit overnight by the time we got the tow sorted. Called at 9am next morning job done! Outstanding service and price. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service...My car had started to make scraping noises when changing gear so I booked it in with Westham motors who found out what the problem was, ordered a clutch replacement part and fitted it all very quickly. The cost of repair was fair too. I trust this company and would be happy to recommend them to others. Thank you!
