The team at Western Street Motors not only fixed all the detected faults, but they also took my car for the MOT test, and it passed with flying colors! I was particularly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in top condition. The attention to detail and thoroughness they exhibited during the pre MOT test gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. Not only was the service exceptional, but the price was also incredibly affordable. Western Street Motors offers competitive rates without compromising on the quality of work. Western street motors offers a very good service in terms of expertise, pricing and concerns. My experience with them shows that they offer their customers the best services at an affordable price. I have patronised western street motors and they offered me good advices and got the problem with my car solved on different occasions. Thank you, western street motors.
Cannot recommend this garage enough. Especially to other students who know very little about car maintanence like myself. Got ripped off at a different garage trying to fix an issue where they managed to do nothing about said issue and charged me £200 fixing something that had no relevance. These gents had a look over it and gave me the advice I needed to have it fixed and wouldn't take money off me because they already felt bad I'd been ripped off. Couldn't thank them enough Took it back to these gents today after Kwikfit couldn't change my bulb because the boot wouldn't open to allow them to get to the bulb. I went straight back here and he got it open within a minute and fixed the bulb on the spot for me whilst explaining to me the issue of the boot. They offer rapid service with genuine, honest pricing and advice. I just wish they advertised more that they sort MOTs for you! Just go here instead, believe me.
Can't recommend these guys enough. We are down from Norwich and after going through a ford the under engine cover fell down off the front and side of the car. Took it in on a Saturday and despite having a car in they were very accommodating and repaired the car within 4 hours. Great price at £40 and such a huge relief. Thank you
