Came out for roadside rescue. Thomas couldn't have been nicer. He also couldn't get my wheel off to change the flat so recovery had to be arranged. Recovery driver also very cheerful and efficient. Only reason I've not given a 5 star is due to the time I had to wait for the initial response, but otherwise excellent.

Had the misfortune to break down yesterday 27.12.24 but had the good fortune meeting Hannah of Westbourne motors. Hannah collected us from Chieveley Services and transported the motorhome back to our compound. It was a miserable foggy night with delays and diversions but we got back safely. Hannah is a real credit to Westbourne Motors and to the recovery industry thank you Hannah you helped make a stressful day more positive keep up the great work.
Very grateful for their help when my electric car suddenly died at 20 miles The driver was very patient and ensured the vehicle got safely to a charging point and stayed to make sure it was charging and stayed patient, despite the car refusing to go out of park for quite a while. Would recommend this company to anyone who has a breakdown or any vehicle troubles Many thanks mainly to the driver for being so patient when the car was not working properly as mentioned and wouldn't turn on or change gear until a charger was plugged in
