I bought an MG5 (exact model and colour is been looking for second hand) which I saw online and did the whole transaction over the phone and via email. The sales process was very well managed, the price was good and they gave me a fair price for my part exchange. Ross was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend!
Just got my new MG4 SE from Waylands and it's a great car. Very satisfied with the service and support from the team, especially Ross who was very communicative and helpful from the beginning. It was a very smooth process from start to finish.
Start to finish, I had a great experience. Olivia was my initial contact when I first enquired about the Skoda and was prompt and polite in her emails. I was looked after by Ross for my test drive through to completion, very polite, answered all my questions and helped me navigate the car. Dealt with an issue with the fuel cap on handover day promptly. Was very clear on everything on offer and overall made the experience buying a bigger car enjoyable.
Bought my car after mine had been written off all staff friendly and accommodating. Viktor sold me my car and didn’t pressurise and made sure it was affordable I was comfortable with the sale and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend
It has never been easier to buy a nice second hand car! And what a price! My friends are aiming to get the same kind of car as it is such good value.
