Stark contrast to a number of other garages who wouldn’t even entertain looking at the van. WAS acted as a go between for warranties and doing all they could to keep the costs down. Van is now back on the road and the team were all super friendly and helpful on pick up. Much appreciated.
Took my VW T5.1 in for timing belt, aux belt, water pump, drive pulleys. All work done and van was faultless on the way home. Communication from the guys was something main dealers could learn from, so easy to deal with, will definitely take my van back there in the future. Thanks, Paul.
Service here out of the top drawer! Busy, efficient, organised, relaxed, friendly atmosphere around the place. Repair carried out promptly with full explanation and visual inspection (mechanic even provided advice on tyre wear!). Excellent customer service (including offer of a hot drink!) and would thoroughly recommend.
I was recommended this garage by a friend after a very expensive quote for work on my car. I don’t know anything about cars and that can leave you feeling like you’re being ripped off, but I immediately felt like I could trust this garage. They told me the work should never have been that much, and all the staff I interacted with were really helpful and friendly. I ended up paying significantly less than the initial place I went to and will definitely be using this garage from now on.
I can’t recommend WAS Garage highly enough! I recently collected my car after they had it since before Christmas, and their service exceptional. When they couldn’t look at my car until the new year, they went above and beyond by offering me a loan car to get me through the holiday season—something I truly appreciated. Once they were able to investigate, they couldn’t pinpoint a specific fault causing the issues I’d been having. Despite their time and effort spent diagnosing the problem, they didn’t charge me a penny—not even for the use of the loan car. Their honesty, fairness, and willingness to help have been remarkable, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Although the issue with my car might rear its head again, I won’t hesitate to return to WAS Garage for their assistance. A huge thank you to the team for their outstanding service—truly a garage you can trust!
